Terms and Conditions
If you have suffered injury due to an accident, whether a road traffic accident, accident at work or any other type of accident our advisors will collect all the details and ensure that you get immediate legal help.
If we consider that we are not able to assist you, you will be notified of this and advised to seek alternative legal advice.
With injury claims, our role is to assist you in making a claim and ultimately to ensure you recover the right money.
PPI, FLIGHT DELAY AND CICA CLAIMS
We take care of the entire claim process for you (except filling in and signing the claim form, which has to be done by you) and ensure that each claim you make is thoroughly investigated and that you get back every penny you are owed.
We also deal with compensation claims from people who have been physically or mentally injured because they were the blameless victim of a violent crime in England, Scotland or Wales.
TIME IS OF ESSENCE IN ACCIDENT CASES
If you are late in making a claim, our advice is not to waste any time at all and get in touch with us as soon as possible.
It is important to act swiftly if you are planning to file your claim as you can get proper legal help at the right time. In most cases, you have three years from the date of the accident to file your claim and in some cases the time allowed to file your claim is higher if the claimant is a minor (under age 18) or is suffering from specific illnesses.
For further information about time limits please visit the section entitled time limits.
We operate on a “no-win, no-fee” basis for all of the injury, PPI, Flight Delay and Criminal Injuries (CICA) cases we handle. If you lose your case, you pay us nothing*.
For successful injury claims we charge a success fee limited to 25% of recovered damages.**
For successful PPI, Flight Delay and Criminal injuries cases we charge a commission of 25% of recovered damages.
For consumer dispute cases, if you wish us to open a case for you and write a letter on your behalf, then our standard charge is £150.00 inclusive of VAT for opening your case and drafting the first letter. All subsequent letters we draft in relation to your case will be charged separately at a rate to be agreed in advance.
We charge different rates for other types of case.
If you want to know more about the fees involved then please contact us without obligation.

*Terms and conditions apply to all of our agreements and we reserve the right to charge should your case be lost due to breach of our agreement or should you change your mind about claiming.
